RELAY FOR LIFE OTAGO 2018

17 & 18 March, 12pm till 12pm

What is Relay for Life?

Relay for Life is an inspirational and super fun event for everyone of all fitness levels, during which we celebrate with survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer and come together as a community to fight back against cancer.  Teams camp out and take turns walking/running around a track for 24 hours while enjoying a carnival atmosphere of live entertainment, prizes, games and fantastic community camaraderie.

Why do we need you?

Not only is it an amazing event it is also a vital fundraiser for the Cancer Society’s work in Otago. Cancer Society Otago & Southland Division

Your donation supports the work of the Cancer Society here in Southland. The aim of the Cancer Society is to reduce the risk of cancer through health promotion, provide free support services and information for people and their families affected by cancer, and fund cancer research.

One in three New Zealanders will be affected by cancer in their lifetime. Your support ensures that we can reduce the risk of cancer by building healthy communities and by being there when people need us, so that no one goes through cancer alone.
